Chris Rose
Managing Director and Co-founder
Chris has worked in the Busbar industry since 2006. In 2008 founded Phase and recently celebrated the Company’s 10 year anniversary. Chris has worked as an installer, site supervisor and project manager. He has wealth of specialist experience.
Steve Rose
Technical Director and Co-founder
Steve has a long and successful career history in installation and technical roles. Steve has more than 14 years experience in busbar installation and managing projects for our clients and is our resident technical expert. Steve works closely with our clients on the technical side of the business and has responsibility for all project costing and scheduling
